"You Have Really Given Me a Confidence Boost to Try This Style With My Kids."

Hi, I'm Michelle and I can remember the overwhelming task of planning my early days homeschooling. I needed information, practical advice and a starting point for teaching my children at home.

I want to share my experience and help you pull a primary homeschool curriculum together that suits your family. Don't panic! It isn't as hard as it sounds.

You Can Avoid Pre Packaged Home School Curriculum

How to Home School

Let Me Show You How!

Our home school teaching guides are here to help you de-mystify homeschooling and give you the confidence you need to home educate. You will share in the joy of learning with your children and you can avoid being locked into an expensive pre-packed, distance education curriculum.

In an effort to eliminate some of that curriculum confusion I have provided resources and Australian curriculum guides that will give fresh ideas or help you get started home educating your primary aged children.

Give Your Kids A Strong Academic Education That Delights!

Our eclectic resources are a mixture of ideas inspired by Charlotte Mason, Ruth Beechick and Classical Education authors.

Charlotte Mason's method of education inspires a love of learning that is known for its gentleness and academic excellence.

Ruth Beechick is a modern writer who writes on Biblical homeschooling.

Classical Education has three definite stages for children’s educational development.

All of these styles overlap to some extent and are Christian based. All of these methods of homeschooling agree that we should use excellent literature or living books (as Charlotte Mason would say) for teaching children.

Letter from a New Homeschooling Mum

"I just want to tell you that I have spent not hours, but DAYS on your website. Yes, DAYS!!!! I have read and reread and reread every single word you have to say, and I've checked out ALL of your sample files, probably every single link ..I want to tell you that your website is achieving exactly what you have set out to achieve. You certainly are a blessing to the newly starting homeschooler.

As someone whom is just starting out, your 8 years of experience is of enormous comfort to me. You have helped me to realize that I was trying to do too much, and that it's okay to relax a little, just make sure that I'm using good quality sources, and feed their brains with beautiful literature. ..

The most help you have been to me is introducing me to this Charlotte Mason style. I do believe that learning from the great writers themselves is absolutely the best way to learn English. I know with Cindy being an avid reader that she will take to it like a duck to a pond.*smile*.

You have really given me a confidence boost to try this style with my kids. "
